NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-003022, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FF2 is the Plaintiff and NAN SUMMERS MCHENRY A/K/A NAN S. MCHENRY; CAROLINA LANDINGS AT UNIVERSITY PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NAN SUMMERS MCHENRY A/K/A NAN S. MCHENRY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 4th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 7694, OF CAROLINA LANDINGS AT UNIVERSITY PLACE, CONDOMINIUM C, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1956, PAGES 7581, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
