NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 07, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2007-5076-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and FERNANDO DEL VALLE; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; MADISON PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A NOE HERNANSON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ISMAEL OCHOCA are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lobby 3rd FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 9 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
