NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 06, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-003233 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and PHILLIP R. DODD; RAVEN LAMOREUX-DODD; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3rd Floor Lobby, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 9 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
TRACT 127, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 77, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 15 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 3835 8TH AVENUE NE, NAPLES, FL 34120
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
