NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 09, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-003692 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CHASE MORTGAGE FINANCE TRUST SERIES 2005-A2 is the Plaintiff and TERRI RAYE LEGRIS; BENOIT STEPHANE LEGRIS; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 10th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 15, BLOCK Q, PINE RIDGE EXTENSION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
