NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 10-4173-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., Plaintiff and NICOLA VIVIANO, et al., are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM ON THE lST FLOOR AT THE COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE HUGH HAYES ANNEX, NAPLES, FLORIDA, AT 11:00 A.M. on the January 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 34 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 60, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
