Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Collier County, Florida, will on January 10, 2013, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., at the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to Collier County Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 10:30 a.m., of the following day of the sale by cash or cashier's check:

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
