NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 10, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 11-2010-CA-003863 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC9,MORTGAG E PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC9, is the Plaintiff and RICHARD L. RATHJEN; SANDRA F. RATHJEN A/K/A SANDRA RATHHEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; TENANT #1 N//K/A SEDRIC GRIFFIN; TENANT #2 N/K/A COLLETTE KELLER HOUSE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lobby 3rd FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 9 day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
