Nieves a/k/a Felix Juan Nieves, Pasco County, Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, Village on the Pond Community Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 4th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
