NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 18, 2012 and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-014256 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR6 is the Plaintiff and ANA C. JACKSON; THE COUNTRY CLUB OF SARASOTA HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A CYNTHIA TRAUTMAN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A HENRY TRAUTMAN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 16th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
