address is 4651 Sheridan Street Suite 460, Hollywood, FL 33021 on or before 1-23-2013, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in Gulf Coast Business Review and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
