NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-006619 ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC1is the Plaintiff and LEVONIA MAY, NORTHWOOD OF PASCO HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A PHILLIP ROSS are the Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, via online sale at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 10th day of January 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
