Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 11, 2012, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on December 7, 2012, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida, on January 14, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
