NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 21, 2012entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-000039WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AR3, Plaintiff and LUIS PEREZ, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, at 11:00 AM , January 10, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
