NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 03, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 001980 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ALAN H. LAWRENCE, JR., ROBIN M. SAMUEL, CITIBANK N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, WEST COAST FEDERAL EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 11th day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT AN IRON STAKE, 24 FEET EAST OF NW CORNER OF LOT 7, BLOCK 2, SARASOTA VENICE COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION, IN SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SAID NW CORNER BEING IN THE CENTER OF SWIFT ROAD AS NOW LOCATED; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SWIFT ROAD 305 FEET; THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF 30 FOOT ROAD, 481 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET; THENCE EAST 75 FEET; THENCE NORTH 100 FEET; THENCE WEST 75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “A”, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lispendens may claim the surplus.
