NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 001833 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRSUTEE FOR LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 20006-WL1 is the Plaintiff and JOSE L SANCHEZ; CLERK OF COURT SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JUAN MANUEL GARCIA HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 16, FLORA VILLA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
