UNIT 48, PHASE 6, CHANDLERS FORDE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1437 PAGE 1011, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 16, PAGES 41, 41A THRU 41E, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses on or before 1/21/2013 a date which is within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Elizabeth R.
