NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010814ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE AAMES MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES is the Plaintiff and CHAD RALSTON; CORRIE RALSTON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of January, 2013, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the original Northwest corner of Lot 1, KLINGENSMITH PARK SUBDIVISION, as per map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 54 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; thence run N 89°56'14” E., along the North boundary of said Lot 1, a distance of 220.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue N 89°56'14” E., a distance of 329.37 feet; thence run South, a distance of 100.94 feet; thence N 89Ëš59'28” W., a distance of 350.30 feet; thence run N 11Ëš39'00” E., a distance of 102.64 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH: Commence at the original Southwest corner of Lot 12, KLINGENSMITH PARK SUBDIVISION, as per map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 54, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; thence run N 89Ëš53'47” E., a distance of 20.42 feet along the South boundary of said Lot 12, to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 41 and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue N 89Ëš53'47'' E., a distance of 230.67 feet; thence run N 11Ëš39'00” E., a distance of 196.81 feet; thence run N 89°59'28” W., a distance 30.64 feet; thence run S 11Ëš39'00” W., a distance of 166.23 feet; thence run S 89Ëš53'47” W., a distance of
200.03 feet; thence run S 11Ëš39'00” W., a distance of 30.64 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
