NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 12, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-014983 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee for the holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF17 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF17, Plaintiff and JOSHUA BROUHARD, MOLLY BROUHARD, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.sarasota.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 9:00 AM, January 15, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
