NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31st day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-002782WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and BRENDA G. MADONNA; NATURES HIDEWAY PHASE IA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PASCO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JARROD MADONNA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of January, 2013, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 96, NATURE''S HIDEAWAY PHASE 1-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 47 THROUGH 49 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
