NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 004449 SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and LUIS BARCENA; IDELSIS DOMINGUEZ; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
