NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58 2010 CA 005055 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., F/K/A WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2003-10, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-10 is the Plaintiff and DAVID A. FERRI; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; MARIE E. FERRI; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK E, ROBINHOOD WOODS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
