NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001352, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2004-2, is Plaintiff and DOUGLAS M. NESTOR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS M. NESTOR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR MASTER FINANCIAL, INC.; IDLE FOREST HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, IDLE FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
