WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and PEDRO O. MENDOZA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PEDRO O. MENDOZA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CARMEN E. BRACERO; KAREN A. PAUL; CARMEN S. FAJARDO; AUTO OWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY A/S/O FLORIDA RENTAL FLOWERS, INC. AND AIG INSURANCE COMPANY A/S/O WANDA JOHNSON; GEICO CASUALTY COMPANY A/S/O JOHN SLIGH A/S/O ALBERT BURNS; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, are defendants. A TRACT CONSISTING OF PART EACH OF LOT 1 OF “SUBDIVISION OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA” , ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 1315, PAGE 523, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND LOT 4, BLOCK 5 OF NORTH TAMPA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA SAID TRACT BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, RUN NORTH ALONG THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF OLA AVENUE, 17.56 FEET TO THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 130TH AVENUE, RUN THENCE WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 75.35 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL TO THE SAID WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF OLA AVENUE, 97.80 FEET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE NORTH 1/4 OF SAID LOT 1, RUN THENCE EAST ALONG SAID SOUTH BOUNDARY 75.35 FEET TO THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF OLA AVENUE, RUN THENCE NORTH ALONG SAID WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 80.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
