NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No.11-CA-014843 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE SAIL 2006-3 TRUST FUND, Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL OTTERSON, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 17th day of January 2013, the following described property:
THE EAST 24 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 32 OF REVISED MAP OF MACFARLANE`S ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3 AT PAGE 30 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
