NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-015080 DIV A of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, GARY L WAKEFOOSE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 17th day of January 2013, the following described property:
THAT PART OF LOT 1, BLOCK 8, IDLEWILD-ON-THE-HILLSBOROUGH, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 AT PAGE 106 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 1, BLOCK 8, 101.00 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE SOUTH 85.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 1, A DISTANCE OF 27.00 FEET; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY, FOR A DISTANCE OF 72.3 FEET ALONG A LINE (IF PROJECTED WOULD INTERSECT BLUFF STREET RIVER TERRACE) BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 1; 120.00 FEET MEASURED SOUTHWESTERLY FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, BLOCK 8; THENCE IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION, FOR A DISTANCE OF 68.7 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
