NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009CA016019 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS CWALT INC ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-57CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-57CB, Plaintiff, and, ANIBAL LOPEZ, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of January 2013, the following described property:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2 OAK VALLEY SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
