A CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED ON UNIT 1509, BUILDING 1, OF HARBOUR COURT, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED DECEMBER 16, 1986 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4991, PAGE 369, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 23 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 42, RESPECTIVELY, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1002 South Harbour Island Blvd, #1509, Tampa, Florida 33602, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on FEBRUARY 19, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
