NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-013822 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2005AHL1 was the Plaintiff and RICARDO FLORES, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 25th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 37, IN BLOCK 1, OF BRIGHTSIDE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
