NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 7, 2012 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
THE SOUTH 110.00 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 4 OF TERRA NOVA REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 18th day of January, 2013 on-line at 10:00a.m. (Eastern Time) At www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
