NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 9, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-022564 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP is the Plaintiff and GLENN S. HARSHMAN, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically online at the following website; http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of January, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 44, Block 2, BAHIA BEACH TOWNHOMES PHASE 1A, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 94, Pages 32-1 through 32-7, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
