NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-012673 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee On Behalf Of HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2007-NC1 , is the Plaintiff and Lucia Sena, Yamil Sena, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for New Century Mortgage Corporation, Townhomes at Parkside Association, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 28th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
