NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-006584 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-121, is the Plaintiff and TRESHENA L. DIXON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRESHENA L. DIXON N/K/A CRAIG DIXON; SAM SHANNON, JR.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
