PARKER II; CINTHYA I. PARKER; KINGSMILL VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; KINGS MILL TOWNHOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN CLECKLER are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/16/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
