VENTO A/K/A JUAN VENTO; MICHELLE LUIS VENTO; MERCANTILE BANK; WOODACRE ESTATES OF NORTHDALE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/16/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
