NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 28, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-030448 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, is the Plaintiff and ANA IRMA MURATTI DE CANEPA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANA IRMA MURATTI DE CANEPA N/K/A JORGE CANEPA; TENANT #1 N/K/A GEORGE CANEPA; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA; WHISPERING OAKS OF TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A GEORGE CANEPA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/16/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT F IN BUILDING NO. 61 IN WHISPERING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED JANUARY 31, 2006, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16059, PAGES 616 THROUGH 723, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16106, PAGE 477, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
