NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-000350 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association as trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass Through Certificate for WMALT Series 2006-5 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Derek Webster, Shelise Webster, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Lancaster Mortgage Bankers, Townhomes of Kings Lake Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 3rd day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
