NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 09, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-030039 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., is the Plaintiff and Dean Palombi A/K/A Dean K. Palombi, Janet Palombi, Jane Doe N/K/A Shauna Trower, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. , Spinnaker Cove Townhomes Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 8th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
