NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-018579 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for The Certificateholders of Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset-Backed Pass- Through Certificates Series 2007-AMC1, is the Plaintiff and Letitia Moore, Wayne S. Moore, Fishhawk Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc. , Brian S. Ross, Christine T. Ross, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 10th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
