NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-026857 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Trustee for The Certificateholders for Park Place Securities, Inc., is the Plaintiff and John Guerriero, Barbara G. Lewis A/K/A Barbara Lewis, Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, John Doe N/K/A Juan Hernandez, Royal Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 7th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
