NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 07, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-012214 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association As Trustee For Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AHL2, is the Plaintiff and Santos Escoto, Caridad Ruiz, Unknown Spouse of Santos Escoto, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 11th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
