NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-000455 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-HE6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE6, is the Plaintiff and Gene Leal, Gina L. Leal, Jane Doe N/K/A Tara Cruz, John Doe N/K/A Jorge Cruz, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 5th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
