NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-000178 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and The Shannon Family Trust, Gideon Rechnitz as Trustee Pursuant to the Provisions of Trust Agreement, Covington Park of Hillsborough Homeowners Association, Inc., Debora L. Shannon, The Unknown Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, and All Other Parties Claiming an Interest By, Through, Under or Against The Shannon Family Trust, Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Jocelyn Miller, Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Brian Miller, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 7th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 62, BLOCK 3, OF COVINGTON PARK PHASE 3A/3B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
