NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-000113 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Shona Carcary a/k/a Shaun Carcary, Carrollwood Gables Condominium Association, Inc., City of Tampa, Florida, Colonial Bank, National Association a/k/a Colonial Bank, Equity Trust Company, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 7th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 12137C, BUILDING 5, CARROLLWOOD GABLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 64, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8576, PAGE 602, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
