NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-001311 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Francisco A. Rodriguez a/k/a Francisco Z. Rodriguez, Noemi Carambot a/k/a Noemi Carambot Garcia, Francisco A. Rodriguez Carambot, GTE Federal Credit Union, The Villages of Oak Creek Master Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 8th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
