NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 01, 2012, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-000592 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2006-E, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series INABS 2006-E under the Pooling and Servicing agreement dated Dec 1, 2006, is the Plaintiff and COA Investments, LLC, ISPC, Reginald Nickpee, Twin Lakes of Brandon Homeowners Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Fred Clifford, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 11th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
