NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 10-CA-001961 DIV I of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF SASCO 2006-BC2 TRUST FUND, Plaintiff, and, IANDY JIMENEZ, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 18th day of April 2013, the following described property:
THE EAST 148 FEET OF THE WEST 444 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST,LESS THE SOUTH 25 FEER THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, ALL LYING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
