Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Personal Property for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 12, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property described as follows:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on January 31, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
