NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12-10-12 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-004443, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CROSBY CROSSINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and QIAO LI A/K/A LI QIAO, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 2-1-13, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 24, Block 2 of CROSBY CROSSINGS, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 108, Pages 88-94, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
