NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 26, 2012 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-002513 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, is the Plaintiff and JOSE JANVION; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE JANVION N/K/A MILAGRO JANVION; JOSE BERMUDEZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE BERMUDEZ N/K/A MARY BERMUDEZ; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
