BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-6 is the Plaintiff and QUETCY M. MORALES; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 01/14/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
